You Agree and Confirm
Bookamaze shall not entertain any complaints after return policy date, once the order is delivered.
Custom Products Orders: If you order any customize products then you will have to keep patience becuase any custom products take time to make min 4-5 days. After making we do ship.
Courier/Logistics: We ship through our logistics partners like (delivery, ekart, ecom, xpressbees, shadows, fedex,DTDC Etc.). in prepaid and COD. But if your PINcode is not deliverable, then in this case we ship through India Post/Speed Post only prepaid orders and few products. Do not text on WhatsApp about delivery. After shipping you will get an E-mail, you can track from App or Link, in which you will also get the Estimated Delivery Date. We can't do anything after shipping, it's all depends on courier so please wait until product deliver and wait till Delivery date. If your shipping status showing undelivered then you can contact us. Minimum delivery days take 7-8 days after shipping and Maximum 12-14 days. After 14 Days if your order not delivered then you can text us on Whatsapp and complain about delivery.
Cash on delivery Yes COD not available in any custom products i,e(Custom printed products, custom decals,original sticker Etc.) and COD not available in Out Of Delivery Area city i,e(Mizoram, Assam, Manipur, Meghalya, Sikkim, Tripura & Jammu Kashmir), Because it's depends on courier so we can't do anything about it. If that order has been placed and which is not available cash on delivery,You can't change the delivery address on COD then your order will be cancelled automatically. So don't force for COD if not available and don't ask why?
You are given a 50% payment option facility in case cash on delivery is not available but up to 400 of orders amount.The rest 50% of the payment will be added in cash on delivery but in this you incur COD charges 60 rupees extra.Note: 60 rupees delivery charges fixed in prepaid orders but COD charges 60 rupees extra that mean 120 rupees total. Because we also have to pay extra 60 rupees of COD to the logistics. But still we are taking only 60 rupees from the customer.
Do not force us for that offer after any kind of offer is expires, you will have to buy the products at the regular price only. COD not available in offer price when offers live
If you order through prepaid, then your order will be dispatched under 48 hours except customized products. But if you order through COD, then it can take time to 1-2 days in dispatching after your confirmation. Note: No any orders will be dispatched on sunday and minimum 7-8 days would take time to deliver your products after shipping, also mentioned on the checkout page.
Order Cancellation:If you cancel your prepaid or 50% paid order after shipping then you will not get full refund, Bookamaze will detuct your freight and return charges (160/-). If you cancel your COD orders after shipping or refuse to accept when the product arrives, in this case your account will be blocked by bookamaze and you will have to pay freight and RTO charges(60+50 = 110/-), if you don't pay then you will hear abuse words or swear words by bookamaze team so choice is your. and also can't order again through COD.
Refund: If the customer creates a return request for his order with refund action and Bookamaze accepts the customer's refund, in this case the customer's amount is refunded within 2-3 days. If the customer cancels his prepaid order, after payment and before shipping, so also in this case the customer's amount is refunded within 2-3 days. But when customers cancel their prepaid orders after shipping, then in this case amount will be refund with freight+RTO charges deduct until shipment does not initiate RTO.
bookamaze.com will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
Minimum Age: if you are under 17 of age then bookamaze not allow to order. in case if any issue will come then bookamaze will not responsible for this.
Cashback & Wallet: If you signup first time on Bookamaze then you get reward Rs.20/- on your Bookamaze wallet and that can be use only Bookamaze shopping. Eg- if you will order any product and that price is 399/- then 20 rupees wallet amount will be less on 399 like (399-20 = 379/-).
Wallet amount cannot be transfer to Paytm or any Bank account. That will be use only for Bookamaze shopping.
You will get cashback on every orders after deliver the product. If order value is less than rupees 1100 then you will get 10% cashback on bookamaze wallet, if order value is less than 3100 then you will get 5% cashback and if order value is greater than 3100 and less than 10000 then you will get 3% cashback.If you will cancel your orders after shipping then your wallet amount will not be refund into your wallet and you will be loss your wallet amount.
WhatsApp Service :We are giving whatsapp service to our customers so that if they are unable to buying any item then they can order on whatsapp manually and they can ask any query about product. so We are not giving this easy service that they ask again and again about delivery. So our team decided to remove this easy service soon like Other Market Places.

This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action
Request for cancellations of orders once placed on bookamaze.com will not be entertained.
Account & Registration
Your mobile phone number and/or e-mail address is treated as Your primary identifier on the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that Your mobile phone number and your email address is up to date on the Website at all times. You agree to notify Us promptly if your mobile phone number or e-mail address changes by updating the same on the Website through a onetime password verification.
If You use the Website, You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. Cancellation by Site / Customer
Bookamaze.com will take "Full Responsibility" of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any of the major cities, where our sellers use "Private Courier Companies" (eg. Fed Ex, Delhivery, First Flight,etc )to ship your order.
bookamaze.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same after price verification.
The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Bookamaze.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Bookamaze has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of bookamaze.com without prior intimation whatsoever.
If you will be cancel any printed products after packaging then bookamaze will not accept your cancellation request and will not refund your prepaid amount.
