Seller Return Policy
The return policy of the sellers. If the product is delivered and the customers create the return request of the product after the delivery due to some issue or the damage product Etc. then the seller will has to accept customer return request, again bookamaze will process customer return request regarding to the action, if customers want refund then bookamaze will refund thier amount or customers want to replace thier products then bookamaze will replace thier product and sellers have to pay all products amount with return charges, delivery charges and GST to bookamaze or can be deduct in COD& Prepaid remittance , if action has refund or replace. If the product is returned in COD refuse then the company will receive the delivery losses not to the seller. In COD refuse the seller gets the price amount of the product and the losses of the delivery will be received by the company.
If the customers create return request of their products due to damaged products or received wrong products and the sellers cancel that return request then in this condition Bookamaze will accept customers return request and seller will has to return customers product and also pay return charges, delivery charges etc. through COD and Prepaid remittance. Wallet will be update in this also like before.
Seller Orders & Pickup Policy
In the process of pickup, within 1 or 2 days after generating pickup. If orders will not be dispatch or products will not be picked by delivery boy within 48 hours then its okay if there are some issues but after 48 hours if delayed in pickup then company will block your account till 7 days and you will unable to get any orders by Bookamaze due to your irresponsibility. Only holiday and Sunday will not affect your account if you do like this. For more information contact us.
In the process of orders, within 24 hours after order confirmation. After order confirmation by customers if sellers do not generate pickup of customers within 24 hours then Bookamaze will be block seller account for 7 days in this also and sellers will unable to get any orders on Bookamaze till 7 days.
